Abu Dhabi GP 2020
Yas Marina circuit will be hosting the final race of 2020 this weekend. Both championships have been decided but the battle for the 3rd place on the constructors championship is still under contention from Racing Point, McLaren and Renault. While Russell gave a splendid performance in Sakhir last week, Bottas was admittedly under-performing. In any case, Hamilton will be back in his car for the last race of the season.
This will be Vettel’s last race in a Ferrari since he will be moving to Racing Point, which will be called Aston Martin, next year. Perez’s future is unknown given he doesn’t have a seat for 2021. What a shame will it be for F1 to lose a talent like that! Kevin Magnussen is also saying goodbye to F1 while his teammate, Romain Grosjean, will also not be driving an F1 car next season.
Getting back to the predictions for this race, Mercedes has taken the pole position in almost every race in 2020, so the wise choice would be to back their drivers up for the top two spots. Further back, the usual suspects – Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez – should be fighting for the podium. Will we see any big changes in drivers and constructors championships?
