Hamilton was oh so close to winning his first race this season but Max ruined his race by crashing into him in turn 2. Despite that, Mercedes and Russell tasted victory for the first time in 2022. I hope, but I doubt, that Lewis can take the win in the last GP in Yas Marina – a place that will haunt him based on what happened there last year. Furthermore, this is Vettel’s last race in F1… for the moment. Hamilton said that Seb is going to return to F1 soon and I do hope so. Hulk is returning next season, so why not Vettel in a couple of years? In any case, Seb has been a 4-time world champion and a great person that contributed to F1 in multiple ways inside and outside the track. He is one of the true F1 greats! So, farewell Seb… till next time!

As for the race itself, I think that the Red Bulls will try to get an one-two in the race. This way, Max will take a win he deserves in Abu Dhabi and Sergio will take the second place in the drivers championship. Let’s hope that next year we will become witnesses to a three-way fight between the Red Bulls, the Mercedes’ and the Ferraris!
