Brazilian GP 2023
After Lewis’ and Charles’ disqualification in the last race, it is getting harder for the Hamilton to catch Perez in the 2nd position in the drivers championship. Brazil was a race that Mercedes and Russell won last year with Hamilton finishing 2nd. So, there’s a good chance they will do well again here. The other question is whether McLaren can close the gap to both Mercedes and Ferrari. The bigger question is whether Ricciardo can perform at the same level here as he did in Mexico – something that might mean that Perez’s position at Red Bull for 2024 season is unsafe.
Behind Verstappen, it’s hard to make any accurate predictions. Leclerc, Hamilton, Perez, Norris and Piastri will be fighting for the next positions, perhaps even for a win, while the Aston Martin of Fernando Alonso are expected to finish in the top-10 in this race.
