Believe it or not, this is the first time Max Verstappen leads the driver’s world championship after 6 years in F1! Last race was characterized by Ferrari’s resurgence and Leclerc’s bad luck but what really matters is that Max is four points ahead of Lewis and Red Bull just one point ahead of Mercedes. The Silver Arrows have won all constructors championships since 2014 and I don’t remember them being challenged that much by any other team. However, I would still bet on Mercedes and Lewis winning the titles at the end of the season.

The F1 grand prix in Azerbaijan was cancelled last year due to the pandemic and it’s returning back in 2021. The model predicts Hamilton to qualify first but Max Verstappen to see first the chequered flag on Sunday. I personally believe that Bottas will surprise us in this circuit. Moreover, I see the McLarens in the hands of Norris and Ricciardo doing great and challenging for a podium should an opportunity arise.
